The Mascot Search Continues

Football season has begun, and it appears that William and Mary is still trying to come up with a mascot. Not that it is hurting them much-- they beat the University of Virginia last weekend, which is a pretty bad thing for UVA.

Here are some contenders for the new mascot:

Col. Ebirt
Vic the Demon
Prof. Fusilier
Mr. Meatloaf
A 1987 Nissan Sentra
Rep. Argbf the Giant Panda (D-VA)

Comments:
I don't know what that thing in the picture is, but I am for it.

Kirby's wife?

The thing in the picture is the result after scientists at Michigan State University in the 1980's bred Kirby with a female Pikachu with an established medical career. Sadly, the child was cursed with many birth defects, such as having two hearts, one on its tongue and another permanently grafted to its palm. When later questioned about the lack of forethought in the experiment, a spokesman responded "We decided, hey, what's the worst that could go wrong?" The same team later answered their own question with their infamous "Godzilla-Bigfoot Crossbreed" project.

In the past, at least, it would have been good to have had a nurse on duty at Tribe games.

Who's Kirby? I am clueless.

That is REALLY bad that W & M beat UVA! They always play someone for their opener that they know they can beat (which means nobody in the ACC), so those "Hoos are needing that nurse thingy to bandage up their egos, I bet . . .

I would need to see a photo and resume for Mr. Meatloaf before I can decide.
