Craig... What????

 I thought "kid's food" would be an interesting topic... but I had no idea how weird it would get! Mostly, this entry from Craig, describing something I can't believe existed (but I looked it up, and it did):

The Fluffernutter:
P.B. and marshmallow fluff;
New England classic!

Christine's was a little more (well, a lot more) traditional:

Saturday morning
Griddle, bread, eggs, milk, butter
Dad's famous French toast

As was this anonymous's experience:

When parents went out
They made us TV dinners
Mashed potatoes—yum!

Little Tex didn't get much until dessert:

We just at the same
As the big folks, but after
There was some ice cream.

Kudos to Craig. I keep a jar of Fluff in my pantry. In a pinch I have some crunchy peanut butter on a rice cake with a smear of fluff on top.
