Haiku Friday: Relaxing

 


It's summer (pretty much), and time for relaxation for many people-- travel, the beach, hanging out in the backyard. So let's haiku about that this week! Here, I will go first:

I'm reading a book
IPLawGuy is shocked
But hey, it's summer.

Us, eat what you kill
 
Concerts in the park
Blanket, picnic basket, friends
Glorious music
 
Balcony beckons.
Greets the meadow verdant,Trees
Wave their leaves,welcome.
 
Red orbs, vine ripe, sliced...
Fresh picked corn, kernals burst, sweet...
Grandmas best china
