It's baseball season?
Yes, I know that baseball season has been going on for weeks now-- one enough that the Twins are already in their "eh, ok I guess" spot at 15-13. They are already way behind Cleveland in the division.
For me, though, it's hard to think about baseball until it's absolutely certain not to snow again-- and in Minnesota, that's about the second week of May. Before that, baseball is kind of a cross between the regular game and broom ball, as the fans are all bundled up and the players are, too.
I usually start to really engage about mid-June, then check in regularly until football starts, and then stop noticing.
Unlike IPLawGuy-- he is a true fan, a guy who keeps a scorecard at the game, and I really admire that passion.
