I've written here before about my Hero-Sister Kathy, who works in Chicago with people who otherwise might be incarcerated or institutionalized. It's more important than what I do, really, and can be dangerous and deeply fulfilling. In the video below (beginning at about 16:40) she explains her field and her work.
