Sunday Reflection: The Greens of Summer
To me, summer is all about color:
The blue of water, and of the sky.
The green of the life springing out of the ground.
The stark white of the moon coming up over it all.
The yellow of the sun.
The red of the cardinal that swoops in front of my bike.
The purple of the flowers that fill the back yard.
Winter (at least in Minnesota) is a world in grayscale. It is amazing that the exact same place can be this riot of color just because of the change of the seasons.
What a creation!
