Favorite towns

So many places we love! I was a big fan of J. Linford's poem:

Afton, Wyo: Trucks
Drag main 'neath twined elk horns while
Grand spring intermits.

And Christine had two winners:

Hermit - Silas Dent,
A small beach community
The fountain of youth.

Just down the road
Roots in the Revolution
Hillsborough, eN Cee.

Jill Scoggins brought the heat:

Midwest AND southern.
Blue Ville in red state sea. My
New Kentucky Home.

And my dad loves his town:

Flat piece of land next
to a fast moving river
Detroit still sparkles.

Finally, I am pretty sure IPLawGuy is talking about Virginia here:

So many to choose
Latent racists and wealth gaps
Preppy elitists.
