Bernie is in, too
Bernie Sanders is the latest candidate to expressly embrace the idea Rachel Barkow and I have promoting: in his criminal justice plan he pledges to:
- Revitalize the executive clemency process by creating an independent clemency board removed from the Department of Justice and placed in White House.
