Haiku Friday: Things that go together

Mac n' Cheese
Stockton and Malone
Minneapolis and St. Paul

There are a lot of things that just go in pairs. Let's haiku about that this week. It can be common pairs, unlikely pairs, whatever.

Here, I will go first:

Hey, Ernie and Bert
Who did that portrait you have?
Stunning likenesses.

Now it is your turn! Just use the 5/7/5 formula and have some fun!

Comments:
Big rats and New York
It's like one big rat parade
Get me out of here!

Marriage follows love;
children following marriage;
The former standards.

I have 3 sisters:
One from birth; one, step; and one
I chose. All are love.

Okay, let me recycle my Beavis & Butthead haiku here; am I allowed?

Loathed them for a time;
then their snicker grew on me!
Beavis and Butthead.

There’s salt and pepper,
Track and field, Bonnie and Clyde
May I continue?

Laverne and Shirley,
Gin and tonic, pork and beans
And Captain and Tennille.

But my favorite
Two things that go together:
You and me, always.

Just thirteen months old,
Hank rides high on my shoulders.
We make quite the pair!

Oh dear! I can’t stop!
There’s Simon and Garfunkel,
Yummy fish and chips!

Love that surf n turf!
Santa and his reindeer crew,
Sugar and spice, nice!

Am I boring you?
Dynamic duo blather
Must cease and desist! (Ha)

Sorry, I forgot!
The five syllable duo:
Batman and Robin!

I know I annoy.
But enthusiasm counts!
Please, please, may I win?

But wait! Just one more!
Shampoo and conditioner!!!
All done! I promise!
