Costanza Wallet
I'm having a little bit of a "Costanza Wallet" situation lately. I did a little inventory, and my wallet contains all of the following:
-- transit passes from 3 cities
-- unidentifiable hotel keycard (marked only with a Papa John's ad)
-- gas receipts
-- faded receipt from what appears to be "D_ug G-rr---f--s LLC
-- customer card from defunct Farmer Jack grocery store
-- lucky $2 bill
So, I'm open to suggestions-- what needs to go?

I have that problem after every literary conference, so when I do my travel expense report, I pull everything out, throw away the junk, and slim down the wallet. Works every time! All the gas receipts really have to go.
Keep the $2 bill and the transit passes, and throw out everything else, unless the receipts are for large amounts that you need to get reimbursed for. But they still don't need to clog up your wallet.
Frame and display the $2 bill. Throw everything else. Carry only an ID, one debit/credit card, and a couple bills. And keep it all in your from pocket.
You will be surprised how little you need, and how a large wallet messes with the way you sit in a chair.

You need to start a memory jar and toss these items in. I keep one in my closet and add to it regularly. It even includes some old Shores Park passes.
