Luge Realities

So, this is what it looks like to ride the Sochi Luge track... if you could, would you do it?  (I would).

Your choices are to Luge, which is feet first down the track or Skeleton, which is head first down the track. Both sound cool to me.

By the way it looks this would be fun to try indeed, in a crazy don’t-think-about-it way. Reading Christine’s comment though got me thinking: feet first--macabre portent, head first--just plain reckless (not to mention potentially messy impact). Which only confirmed that every time I start thinking it is no fun whatsoever. But if I were to not think at all…ski jumping would be the thrill for me.
