Best Ice Cream Flavors, in order of quality

5)  Oreo
4)  Strawberry
3)  Mint Chocolate Chip
2)  Lemon
1)  Chocolate Chip

I think that is pretty much right.

Comments:
Hey, Prof! This tastes like data mining. Anyway, here is my top 5 list or not :)
5) Dark Chocolate with Candied Orange Peel
4) Hazelnut Chocolate
3) Coffee
2) Lemon
1) Vanilla Bean

5) dulce de leche (with choc syrup)
4) chocolate (w/ choc syrup)
3) Rocky Road (w/ choc syrup)
2) Mississippi Mud (choc syrup optional)
1) Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough (w/ choc syrup).

WF-- What do you have against lemon???????

In Spain:

5. TurrĂ³n
4. Lemon
3. Yoghurt
2. Strawberry
1. Ginger

Yoghurt flavored ice cream? Hmmm... is that a flavor?

Lemon was #6.

Not sure why the lists are counting down -- drama? In order of favorites, mine are:
1. Black cherry-chocolate chunk (color must be purple, not pink, and there must be lots of whole or nearly whole black cherries in it)
2. Chocolate with peanut butter ribbons (not peanut butter cups)
3. Salted caramel
4. Coffee
5. Dulce de leche

Note: There may be lemon gelato and lemon sorbet, but I'm unfamiliar with lemon ice cream. Where does one get it in this country? I can imagine it would be divine on blueberry pie.

Chocolate Chip
Mexican Chocolate
Vanilla Bean
Mint Chocolate Chip
Peppermint Stick w/ Sanders Dark Chocolate Hot Fudge

I can't order them as I like them all equally given the situation. I do like a Lemon Ice on a hot summer day but it is not a 'go to' flavor when I breakdown and purchase ice cream or gelato or make ice cream.

It goes without saying that all ice cream can be topped with some type of Hot Fudge Sauce, some a spoon full of peanut butter or whipped cream (Redi-whip)

I don't eat ice cream anymore, but mint chocolate chip was my favorite as a child. Mom would even take me out to Baskin-Robbins after the dentist.

How is it possible that pistachio (the white kind, not the weird green stuff) didn't make anyone's list?
1) Pistachio
2) Rocky road
3) Chocolate
4) Ben and Jerry's chocolate fudge brownie
5) Spumoni

Desiree, I have never, ever seen the "white kind" of pistachio. Is that some weird kind of Coast Guard thing?

It's a Ben and Jerry's thing. I think if you pay more, they leave the weird colors out of your ice cream. Definitely worth the extra $$.

5) chocolate
4) chocolate
3) chocolate
2) chocolate
1) chocolate

Yes, yoghurt is a very popular flavor of ice cream in Spain, and my favorite ice cream cone is a combo of lemon and yoghurt ice creams. You can't beat it.
