Provocative piece. Perhaps the NFLPA should consider demanding tenure in the next round of negotiations.
St. Thomas may offer (have offered) the forum, though it took courage for both Professor Collett and you to comment and advocate for differing positions in the months leading up to the vote on Minnesota's Marriage Amendment.
Thank you both for your voices - both of you (as well as others) need to continue being heard - many dignified and respectful conversations that still divide us need to be advanced.
