Air Koryo!
I really love terrible 1-star airlines-- after all, that's why I flew American Eagle out of Waco all of those years! The only thing I've seen that comes close to approaching the Eagle Outa Waco is Air Koryo, which is the official North Korean airline:

Looks like they've got everything--plane, steps, friendly attendants, propellers (lots of propeller action), seat belts, doors, instruction sheets, a total of five passengers (one who was filming). No pilots in the cockpit, though. That'll cost 'em a star.
Are you trying to drive me crazy?! As an ex-flight attendant this cavalier approach to flying makes me extremely anxious,to say the least. One thing to be said for Northwest and now Delta is safety record and that they really invented weather prognostication when it came to avoiding severe weather. We never flew in storms or landed if it was iffy. Now,while I was always extremely cheerful, entertaining (I took requests and sang songs in the aisle, told jokes and got people to recite poems),there were some incredibly cranky flight attendants.
On a positive note,Air Koryo has pretty blue delicately whirring propellers that look like daisies! But can pretty blue daisies keep a plane aloft...I think not! Were the pilots in the terminal eating kimchee...or at Starbuck's. North Korean Starbucks...now there's a concept! Will Kim Jung Un come on at the last moment in his World War I Flying Ace Suit and incredibly bad haircut?
Hey, the propellers might come in handy should a flock of geese decide to take off at the same time!
i can't believe you're talking trash about the waco-DFW flight, mark.
what could be better than showing up 30 minutes before your flight, parking for free 100 yards from the terminal, checking in with no line, no line at security, then a 20-minute flight to dallas?
sure beats 1:45 on I-35 (each way), then paying $12 per day to park.
and they've even done away with all of the prop planes. nothing but fancy jets for ol' waco regional. well, okay... nothing but jets for waco regional.
