Writing!
Yesterday, CNN put up this piece of mine on two key elections, and it ended up on the front page of Google News (woo hoo!).
Also, this past Sunday the Waco Trib ran this piece about politics, influence and power.
I love writing-- and I'm getting to do it more and more. Best of all, though, to my mind, was something I didn't write-- this article about working with Teresa Collett.

Professor, You are a saint - as I can use your example as cover (kidding) for my social avocacy and outspoken (often too brassy) voice.
Your courage, example, frequent presentations, speaking engagements and articles/commentary (and sermons) give many of us - with 'very small voices' - inspiration to JOIN our voices and speak (respectfully) and more passionately to also advocate for those without voice. The world is being slowly changed, one voice at a time - patience, a virtue as we soldier on.
