The worst TV show ever
When I was a kid, my parents found my brother and I watching "Speed Racer" on TV. They were both horrified-- my mother by the violence, and my father by the terrible animation.
And that, my friends, makes it the worst TV program ever. Unless you have another idea....

I used to watch Speed Racer, too. However, I was a bigger fan of Star Blazers, in which the Japanese battleship Yamato was resurrected as the spaceship Argo with its Wave Motion Engine and its "trump card" weapon, the Wave Motion Gun, that had the ability to vaporize an entire fleet of enemy ships with one shot.
Totally. Believable.
Here's the beginning of the theme song:
We're off to outer space
We're leaving mother Earth
To save the human race
Our Star Blazers

Entertainment Tonight: All promise and tease, and no delivery; mind numbing sensationalism; vapid cotton candy about vacant people I have no interest in.
Have you ever seen "Cheaters"?
Truly train-wreck television: horrible, awful and yet compelling. You don't want to, but you can't turn your eyes away.
