Santorum!
Hmmm... so Rick Santorum won Missouri, Colorado, and Minnesota last night. What happens now? Come back for a discussion tomorrow.

Nothing changes, none of these "straw poll victories" mean a thing. A candidate is not supposed to win all the states; McCain lost 19 of them in 2008.
And, MO's delegates are still up for grabs. This was simply a warm-up for their actual primary down the road. Same is true for MN and CO.
However, Romney did win 60% of CO in 2008, interesting to see how far he has fallen. But then again, the Evangelicals will undoubtedly vote for Santorum. Mr. Speaker is concentrated on Ohio's March 6th primary, and did not put much money into any of these states.
The biggest winner in all of this is Obama. That 2-point lead he had over Romney in July has now extended to 6...
