The Proposal
One of my favorite former students, Trevor Theilen, put his proposal on Youtube... it made me tear up a little. Do I detect a bit of his oral advocacy training at work?

I gave Cody the "buy the cow" speech. A few weeks later, he woke up and told me he wanted to get engaged that day. He went out and bought a ring and brought it home, to our apartment in Waco, while I waited (and, if I remember correctly, read cases).
Way to make him look really, really bad.
