haiku friday: houses

This week, I will give you the first line, and you fill in the rest of the haiku-- the second line should have seven syllables, and the third line should have five.

The first line is "In my house, I want"

Here is mine:

In my house I want
A quiet space, hidden, calm
Suffused with warm light.

Now it is your turn...

Comments:
In my house, I want
To wake up and go to sleep
Feeling loved, all day.

In my house, I want
wife, kids, scotch, dog, books and peace:
just living the dream.

In my house I want
A little pile of gravel
'Cause she's so country.

In my house, I want
a cat sleeping by the fire,
books, love, happiness.

In my house, I want
Light, Laughter, Love, Happiness
Is All You Need To

In my house I want
Lots of kids, cats, plants, action
Love is not quiet.

In my house, I want
My children to sleep some more
So I can see straight.

In my house, I want
a big comfy chair, and a
gigantic TV.

In my house, I want
a room where I can turn it
up to 10 and rock.

In my house, I want
400 cats in two rooms.
Smell me, McGregor!

In my house I want...
serenity from the world
freedom from chaos

In my house, I want
A way to make coffee, then
To sit in bed, talk.

In my house, I want
A kitchen pulsing with life
And love and laughter

These are wonderful, but I think the one "Sleepy" wrote is the beautiful. I wish I had written it as it is exactly how I feel.

In my house, I want
peace and tranquility and
Safe haven always.

In my house, I want
to keep on believing that
John Roberts stepped down!
Bob

After reading all of these lovely haikus, I've realized there's a problem, and it's that some of you may be offended by mine.
Thing is, I am not married, have no kids, don't drink coffee and can't stand cats.
Also, I get enough love from my family and friends that I don't need it in my home.
That said, if you're under 21, ear muffs:

In my house, I want
Ten cases of ice cold beer
And a stripper pole.

In my house, i want
L'il House on the Prairie at-
tire and ambiance.

You go, Bob!

In my house, I want
Big windows, morning light, and
The will to have less stuff.

In my house, I want
To share that ambiance, too:
Farmer Boy, Little House

In my house, I want
Woody, the beer, the pole, and
a full on dolphin.

RRL

In my house, I want
To dance to music, slowly;
She has gentle hands.

In My House I want
to go back in time, before
first house exploded.

In My house I want
my backsplash finished, less dogs,
less noise, less mess, peace.

In my house, I want
A room covered by pillows
I’ll snuggle and read

In my house, I want
A big, welcoming kitchen
Where all feel at home
