Toto... I don't think we're in Waco anymore!

Yesterday afternoon, I arrived back in Michigan. Driving through Detroit, I was struck once again by the number of collapsing and vacant buildings-- it really is a city being reclaimed by the elements.

The lake, though, is the same.

Polar Plunge anyone? Oh I forgot - they don't let us swim in the lake anymore!

Tyd - Eastern Market - wow I haven't been down their in years. I have distinct memories of some of the small stores on the perimeter. Definitely will be on my short list whenI go back this summer.
