The Worst Christmas Song EVER

There are many candidates for this prize. Certainly, this evening news team deserves a nomination:

And we of course have the classic "Christmas With The Devil":

In the end, though, the worst Christmas Song ever probably comes from one of the best Christmas CD's ever-- the Charlie Brown Christmas:

Comments:
Maybe it is just me, but I'm totally attracted to those two girls that throw their head back and forth. I want to dance with them.

I think the guy in the orange shirt looks kind of like Stephen Baker.

Those are all horrifying Christmas songs, but the worst has got to be "A Wonderful Christmas Time" by Paul McCartney.

Synthesizers, terrible lyrics, Linda!!! This song is awful.

RRL, I agree, even Yoko made a better showing on "Happy Christmas".

But, no no no, these are a pleasure to listen to compared with this:

Quelle Horror!

How can three rights be so wrong on so many levels?

I can't stand the William Hung tunes. Not funny, just dumb.

"Little St. Nick" by the Beach Boys is so blatantly a throw away money maker that it should be banned.

"Step into Christmas" by Elton John makes my hair hurt.

OK, so the first three songs on this year's Christmas CD should be William Hung's Rudolph, Little St. Nick, and Step Into Christmas. Got it.

That would make them easy to skip over. What would be bad is if they were mixed in and would require that I get up and go over to the CD player and hit advance.

I think we've had this discussion before, and I still hate Rockin' Around the Christmas Tree.

I am with Sleepy. That song SUCKS.

THe news team one is reallly really bad and very funny.

Best Christmas song is by Elvis... Blue Christmas.

Porky Pig's version of Blue Christmas is superior.

Elvis' best Christmas tune is "Santa Claus is Coming to Town."

Ugh, older Brian Wilson singing Little St Nick is even worse.

Agree re: Blue Christmas, Tyd.

The dogs barking to Jingle Bells sends me over the edge. My dogs can do a lot of things, but barking to Jingle Bells, although impressive is quite annoying.

Perhaps I hear something particularly annoying on my drive to Florida tomorrow.

Every year on Thanksgiving my Mom pulls out a tape of the GPN Concert Choir X-Mas concert and plays it too me on the phone - pretty bad looking back to those days.

Now one of my favorites (from a non-traditional standpoint)is 'Grandma got run over by a reindeer'

"Baby, It's Cold Outside" is about an attempted date rape, I swear. Listen to the lyrics. The Rod Stewart version adds an extra scoop of creepy to it.
Last Christmas by Wham gives me a stomach ache.
The Redneck 12 Days of Christmas is funny, but only because Cody's father has misspelled something in Christmas lights in the past.

Yes, I agree with Christine, "Baby Its Cold Outside" is creepy.

And what makes it a Christmas song anyway?

Or Jessica. I agree with Jessica. Sorry

Ever since I heard it the first time, I have been creeped out by "Baby, It's Cold Outside".

Oh yeah, and Bob Rivers' "The Twisted Chipmunk Song" is both disturbing and strangely funny.

Not a fan of the Chipmunks Christmas song. Also Grandma got Run Over by a Reindeer. Also Merry Christmas, Darling. Wow, there are so many!
