Baylor grad wins!
Republican Anh Cao, a graduate of Baylor (with a BS in physics), was elected to Congress from what had been a heavily Democratic district in Louisiana. Cao beat tarnished Democrat William Jefferson, who has been indicted on corruption charges.
Cao is an interesting guy-- and the first Vietnamese-American elected to Congress.

Just out of curiosity, do you know what the MPRE passage rate was? I got my results today and got an 83. One of my good friends also got an 83.

I have been trying to look up the passage rate as well, but I have not been able to find anything. I did not get an 83.

Because the score you need to pass the MPRE varies by jurisdiction and its administered by a national organization and not the BLE, I don't think they release a passage rate.
