Haiku Friday: People on boats

It's that time of year when people start getting their boats out (at least in Minnesota), the lakes and rivers now free of ice. But we've all been on a boat, so let's haiku about that this week. Here, I will go first:

Bob-Lo boat, magic
A short trip, Detroit River
Teenage Nirvana.

Now it is your turn! Just use the 5/7/5 syllable pattern and have some fun!

Comments:
Summer dusk, sky glows.
Gentle waves rock, loon cries.
Bobber dips below.

Love the idea
Of an ocean adventure
But I get seasick

Lived along the shore
Sailboats adrift, waiting, wind
Absent from their sails

Beloved Bob-lo boat
Dance floor writhes with teenagers
Top 40 blaring

Singing on a yacht
Floating upon the Olde Miss
Amazed at skyline

Perfection-free sing
On Mississippi River
Was more than perfect
