Haiku of Innoculations
This was a tricky subject-- but people handled it well!
We had this gem from Jill Scoggins (and what a terrible legacy she describes...):
Late '90s. One doc.
12 kids. Starts anti-vax buzz.
STILL fighting it now.

STILL fighting it now.
And I loved the Medievalist's entry (it's a wonderful truth!):
Got the shot for small
Pox when I was seven, now
There isn't any.

There isn't any.
Plus a great one from my dad:
There is nothing so
innocuous as getting
inoculated.
innocuous as getting
inoculated.
And finally, and anonymous gift to us all (I remember that...):
Was it in first grade?
Lined up by nurse's office
Ouch! Rubella shot!
