Very good news item which we saw in first run!
BTW, we are now livine in Clayton, NC, a little east and south of Raleigh nice small town that has boomed over the last twenty years or so and will continue to have population growth due to major building projects now in progress. But the downtown retains its character.

Arce, it sounds like Clayton has done something few small towns have achieved over the last 50 years.
