Coming Up This Sunday….
This Sunday, I will be giving the sermon at First Covenant Church in Minneapolis at 10 AM. Please come-- it is a fabulous church with great music and a wonderful animating spirit. The regular minister, Dan Collison, is a hard act to follow, but I'm happy to be given the chance (this is the fourth time I have gotten to give a sermon there).
The text is unbelievably good-- Hebrews 13:1-3-- and if I don't do anything but mumble this out it will be a win:
Keep on loving one another as brothers and sisters. Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it. Continue to remember those in prison as if you were together with them in prison, and those who are mistreated as if you yourselves were suffering.

Here is my question for you, Razorites: Have you ever "shown hospitality to angels without knowing it," at least until later? That is opened your life to someone who turned out to save you in some way?
