The Game
Today at 11 Central time, the Michigan Wolverines will be playing the Ohio State Buckeyes in one of the great rivalry football games of the last 100 years. Well, maybe not this year, specifically, because Ohio State appears to be a lot better than Michigan. Still, you never know...
Growing up in Michigan, I learned the importance of this game. There, you have to pick a state school (Michigan or Michigan State), and if you picked Michigan this game was a BIG deal.
But, really Ohio State... a Buckeye? How threatening is a nut?

A nut is harmless unless one of two things pertain. First, the nut can be ammunition in an elasticity powered weapon, aka "slingshot", which are generally unregulated and available to underage residents who have no compulsion that might come with age.

You know, Woody Hayes despised Michigan, but he hated Michigan State with a passion, b/c MSU was the team which, more years than UM, defeated an otherwise loss-less Buckeye team and kept OSU from winning the Big Ten and going to the Rose Bowl. Perhaps MSU will do it again this year in the Big Ten Championship game.
