Just Up at HuffPo...
Is my new piece on firearms, Guns and Kittens. This is part of what I will be talking about on Thursday night at 7 pm at the 331 Club here in Minneapolis.
Here's one thing I love: HuffPo listed the keywords for the piece as "Animals, Cute Animals, Gun Control, Arizona Citizens Defense League, Crazy Cat Ladies, Guns, Kittens, Pet Regulation, Politics News."

not sure this is what you're going for, but if you want to ban cats I can guarantee you my support, and probably the support of Woody as well. We actually do consider kittens a much bigger threat to society than guns.

I think that's exactly what he was going for! You may remember that Pickles the Cat (who was herself once a kitten) has inflicted great suffering upon Prof. Osler. Of course he wants to treat cats and guns as equal menaces to public health.

I'm speechless. I have absolutely nothing clever to say, but you had me at the title and kept me all the way through.
P.S. Our neighborhood is completely overrun by feral cats. If my dogs weren't on leashes, there would be a lot fewer of those cats.
