Travels with my father

When I come home for Christmas, one thing I really look forward to is a driving trip around Detroit with my dad, where we inevitably run into some of his friends and admirers. Words don't do it justice, so instead I will give you some pictures:

Love these pictures of Dad in black and white.So much life is going on! Every inch is full of things which catch the eye and converse with it. And Dad bears an amazing resemblance to the actor,Gary Cooper,yet another in a long line of actors and poets passed to their great reward, for whom my heart beats faster! Cary Grant,Jimmy Stewart,the poet Robert Burns... At any rate,Good work,Professor! Your many gifts astonish.
