DC drug policy rant!
For some reason, this just popped up on Youtube-- if you go to 1:07.30 (and the Q & A at 1:57.20), you can hear my drug policy tirade from last year's symposium in DC:
Excellent, well argued, well-spoken Mark. Sounds like such a no brainer to me. I hope this gets both attention and traction. And I love the story about the utility of the seemingly futile argument. Stories can be profoundly transformative and life changing for those with ears to hear … they often stick with us and work us in often untold, magical ways.
