Haiku Friday: What are you planting?

This week, let's write about planting. It can be your own garden, or a windowbox, or your parents or the road crew. Whatever.

Here is mine:

Found in my garden:
Bright yellow bursts of color;
Prob'ly should pull them.

Now it is your turn...

Comments:
Yellow is the sun
Placing itself in your midst
Handle it with care

My garden is herbs
An ocean of fragrance in
A yellow tin box.

Something appeared
Beautiful and full and ripe
And unexpected.

The buds have opened
Faces turning to the sun
Basking in it's warmth

The wrought iron boxes wait...
Sweet crow babies, mouths open,
Crave lush red roses.

Veranda imagine...
South of France,sun-beloved,
Striped Parasol,wine!

Lavender soothes me,
Yet,sitting on a swing,I know...
Someone's got to sow.

Mark,why do you have
A painting of Josef Stalin+
Young Pioneers on blog?

Death and Rebirth motif?
Inquiring minds want to know
Political haiku?

The flowers, the sea!
Even Stalin could be lov'd
In the fragrant spring.

My supper secret:
If you grow it, they'll eat it!
It works like a charm.

So ever happy
Planted the 'maters early
soon, red orbs of fruit

Planting time is done
Down on Buffalo Bayou
Now its heat and death.

i cannot garden
but I can plant ideas,
sown with love and hope.

Tulips come up that
we planted before the big
explosion. Nature!
