Changing Over
There were many little moments as I left Waco and Baylor this week. Dropping off my keys, seeing the house empty, walking out of the Law School for the last time... all of them poignant and hard.
Still, for some reason, changing the heading of this blog was the hardest of all.

I have lots of repressed Baylor Law School memories.
Just last night, some of them surfaced in a dream. I was teaching longsword fencing at the law school, for some reason, when Professors Powell and Wren started shooting at us.

Lane: I'm guessing Powell was wearing his classic three-piece suit with timekeeper attached via gold chain in your dream.
That's the one, the one with the shoulder holster.
We always knew that whenever Powell wore the three-piece suit, it was going to be a bad day for someone.
