Osler's Razor

Life is just full of good surprises this week, and it is only Monday. Last night, both my sister and her family and GED3 came over. I made a big dinner, since GED3 tends to, uh, eat a lot. He was on his way home to Houston from Tuscon, where he is now a federal prosecutor (and we all know how that can turn out).

Then, this morning, I found that Bob Darden, one of my long-time Heroes of Writing, now has a blog, Rural Free Delivery. For those of you who don't know Bob, he is a person of tremendous accomplishment. Beyond the many books he has written, he has done more in the "change the world" category than anyone else I know, but basically saving the nation's treasure of black gospel recordings in digital form before they are lost to the ages.
