It's my birthday!
And, sadly, many of the good party ideas are already taken.
As far as gifts go, I got a good one-- a very nice review of my book from someone who has written 13 books himself.

I'm celebrating your birthday at my office where I am trying to prep exhibits for a deposition next week whilst keeping a 10 month old from tearing down the window blinds, unplugging the computer and tearing up the papers stacked around the room.

I am celebrating your birthday in Austin with the boys. They have burned many things with a flamethrower in your honor. At my request, they have not used it at a Barnes and Noble or the Amazon warehouse.

We spent your birthday as a phone / computer support team for our friends in Tampa. They were participating in an urban adventure race. There will be one in Austin, TX coming soon. I highly recommend it as a fun event. We were quite entertained doing phone support and even learned a few things.
