We Win! Whoooooo! [faints]
The Supreme Court just announced their opinion in the Kimbrough case which I briefed this year, and wrote about here and here. They found for our side (Petitioner) 7-2. You can download the opinion from Scotusblog here.

Interesting that the dissenters did not include Scalia -- although he wrote a concurring opinion.

Scalia was very strongly on our side at argument, and even raised this issue in previous arguments (in Rita and Cunningham).
