IPLG wasn't arrested or anything-- I think it was a petty offense where you just get a ticket and pay the fine. But Gingrich did work the story into that terrible novel he wrote.

Um, why in the world would you read a novel by Newt Gingrich? Next you're going to tell us you read Jimmy Carter's ridiculous novel. I hear the sex scenes are pretty hot.
