Island Poem 4: (Parenthetical)
Gentle curves
Familiar
Simple
Carefully employed.
It's my habit
To put the best words
Between, within,
Those curves.
My finger traces it;
The rustle of a skirt.
Rants, mumbling, repressed memories, recipes, and haiku from a professor at the University of St. Thomas Law School.
