Guest Blog: Mr. & Mrs. Celebrity Luvr Break Down The Whole Paris Hilton Thing

As the Razor's crack celebrity and crime beat reporter, I am pleased to provide
this scoop on the upcoming surrender of Paris Hilton to the Lynwood Jail in Los
Angeles, California. One of my top sources in L.A., Stavros who works at the
Malibu Blockbuster, informed me that Paris rented Ernest Goes to Jail, Chicago,
The Longest Yard and Chicken Run to get a "feel" for what prison life is truly
like. Paris' mother, Kathy Hilton, called me late Sunday evening and informed
me that rather than sending her into a black funk, these cinematic reflections
of life in the Big House actually provided Paris with reason for optimism.
Kathy informs me that Paris intends to form a Powder Puff football team ala The
Longest Yard while incarcerated at Lynwood--based on her earlier video sales she
also sees this as a financial opportunity. Paris knows Queen Latifah (aka Big
Mama in Chicago) from the club scene in LA and feels optimistic that she can
provide her protection while she is locked up. Paris, however, was devastated
to learn that Roxie Hart ended up on death row. Alternatively, Kathy tells me
that Paris analogizes herself to Ginger the Chicken from Chicken Run and
intends a daring escape from her maximum security facility. Although it is
LA,Paris has realistic doubts that she will meet a rooster large enough to help
her fly the coop.

As part of our own effort to assist Paris, Mrs. CL and I have formed a website,
www.Iam4Paris.com, where we are selling pink wrist bracelets, similar to the
Livestrong bracelet, entitled, "Free Paris." Together, we can make a
difference by raising awareness of how Paris has been unfairly singled out by
the media and legal system. Now more than ever, Paris longs for The Simple
Life.

Comments:
I have volunteered to go to that same prison.

Poor Paris. 23 days without takeout from the Ivy, no Jimmy Choos, and I highly doubt those jumpsuits are designed by Prada.

She is being a brave little soldier though, and I read this morning that was brave enough to go to the non pay REGULAR jail instead of the one that celebs can go to for 85 dollars a day.

She will not even have her blackberry. I hope they put her on suicide watch. I also hope that none of her charities will suffer because of her unfair incarceration. She does such amazing work for humanity, what with all of the organizations she has founded, such as the BFB (Botox for Babies) the LFL (Lipo for Losers) and H. O. P. E. (Homeless Opportunites for Pilates Education - an organization that gives the homeless free access to Pilates equipment, "because just because you live in under a bridge doesn't mean that your body should not be toned.")

Here is an actual quote from Paris upon her arrival to jail:

"I did have a choice to go to a pay jail," Hilton said Sunday, without giving details. "But I declined because I feel like the media portrays me in a way that I'm not and that's why I wanted to go to county, to show that I can do it and I'm going to be treated like everyone else. I'm going to do the time, I'm going to do it the right way."

Paris... If you are reading this, you are an inspiration to women everywhere. Stay strong.

Did anyone watch the 2007 MTV Movie Awards last night and hear the joke Sarah Silverman made about Paris going to prison? The camera cut to Paris was priceless...

Hey CLs, when are you coming to DC? The Prof is supposed to hook us up with each others' email addresses so we can show you around, or at least show you to the bar.

Anon,

I was actually hurting for Paris, SS was harsh. I think Silverman felt her own evil there for a second...but only a second, sort of like Darth does when the Emperor starts zapping Luke at the end of Jedi.

But, Paris is no Luke Skywalker.

Didn't this picture appear in The Sopranos on Sunday night?

OK so get this I do not watch MTV really not on purpose... but on TMZ I saw the Sarah Silverman Joke and I actually felt sorry for Paris. That was pretty crass, and not funny.

I have never liked Sarah Silverman. I do not know what Jimmy Kimmell sees in her.

What does Sarah see in Jimmy? He doesn't seem like any brain trust to me.

I agree with you about Jimmy Kimmel. However I still have always felt that Sarah Silverman goes way too far.

Yeah, but we're talking about her. Notoriety is the key to successs, not talent.
